I am an independent student; the past 3 years I have been out of high school and working full time in the modelling industry.
 

I have stopped modelling full time, so I could move back in with my parents to save money for my future; for there is a myth that models make a lot of money, we do not. With saving for 5 months so far I am able to cover 5% of my tuition costs. I am applying for OSAP, and other scholarships.
 

Training to become a pilot is costly, with the 20 month program costing 61,000 dollars, not including living expenses. The 20 month program is time consuming and intense, that would devote all my time to my education. It would be nearly impossible to juggle a part time job, to bring 2,000 dollars a month in, for residence, food, potential travel and other expenses.

With financial help it will allow me to not rely on a part time job and worry about the low salary I will have for the first 2 years after graduation as a flight instructor, till I gain enough experience to meet the requirements for the airlines.
